Please take a few moments to read our terms and conditions carefully prior to booking your treatment. If you have any questions or queries, please get in touch here.

Booking
All patients must be 18 years or older.
Photographic ID must be shown if it is your first appointment with us, to prove your age.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient for any reason.
We reserve the right to postpone treatment pending investigation.
You must read & sign the pre-treatment advice & terms. Failure to do so may result in your treatment not going ahead on the day of your appointment. You will then need to pay another deposit & re-book your appointment.

Child Supervision
Unfortunately due to the nature of our treatments, we are not insured to have children on the premises. If you arrive with children you will be asked to leave and therefore forfeit your deposit.
We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.

Cancellation & Deposit
A £40.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any appointment with Advanced Medical Services and will be deducted from the final cost of treatment on the day.
Your deposit will be taken at the time of booking through our booking system. While deposits are strictly non-refundable, they can be transferred to a new date provided a 72-hour notice is given. To reschedule your appointment, please visit our booking system.
If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and an additional £50.00 will be required to secure a new appointment.
